Here is some general information concerning habitat builds:

Grace Place is a ministry outreach to the poor, hosted by Galloway Memorial United Methodist. Several people from our congregation serve food and build relationships with the people of Grace Place. Each Wednesday morning, there is a worship service with the preached Word, music, Holy Communion, and a meal. January is "Sock To Grace Place" month each year. We'll be collecting men's socks to keep them from frost bite during cold weather. For more information on this, contact Rev. Ryan McGough at ryan@saintmarksum.org
STEW POT
Stew Pot is a community wide soup kitchen that Saint Mark's takes part of several times a year. Look for the next time we will be serving at the Stewpot Food Pantry. If you would like to help serve, please contact our church offices: 601.992.2131
We welcome donations of Macaroni & Cheese, Peanut Butter, Jelly, Dry Cereal, Dry Beans and Canned Meat. Please place them in the Mission Boxes in the Lobbies of the Sanctuary and the CLC. Prayers for this Mission are always needed and appreciated.
Every November, folks deliver around 75 turkey dinners to Seniors in Rankin County. Countless coats will be donated to the Rankin County Human Resource agency with your help. Our Sunday school classes are constantly involved in particular local missions.
Our entire church family and community participate in Rise Against Hunger each February where we package meals for distribution worldwide.
We'll continue our work at Grace Place, the Stewpot Food Pantry, Habitat for Humanity, the Rankin County Seniors, Honduras and the Stewpot Serving Line.
