2021 Challenge Series begins at St. Mark's UMC 11th Hour Contemporary service at 10:45 AM, 1-10-2021. Rev. Jeff Nesbit begins this challenge series with a comparison to the challenges Jesus faced at the beginning of his ministry. Pastor Jeff points out that Jesus's response to these challenges can serve as a model for us to use when facing the challenges that we may face in 2021. The scripture focus is found in Mark 1:1-13. Jeanne Chapman leads the opening prayer. Stephen Craig leads the congregation and Praise Team in songs of praise: "How Great is Your Love," "Resurrecting," and closing with "O Praise the Name."
