Fish-Stick Faith- St. Mark’s United Methodist Church, 11-22-2020

Notes:

You may have heard of someone reporting that they found an image of the Mother Mary or Jesus in an object such as a burnt fish-stick. The idea of God revealing himself in any of these forms seems to shout that we are all looking for a sign from God that has a different meaning for different people. Rev. Coile builds on this idea of "fish-stick faith" by focusing on four faith points in Psalms 100. Rev. Sandra Thomas opens this Thanksgiving Service and directs the choir ensemble and congregation in the following thanksgiving hymns: "Crown Him With Many Crowns", "Come Ye Thankful People, Come," and "Now Thank We All." The Choir Ensemble sings the anthem "O Give Thanks." Jason Boyd, Mike Kennedy, and Ben Thomas perform the Benediction in song. Darlene Baker accompanies on the grand piano and Jason Boyd is the organist.

@E11th_Hour "Devote yourself to Jesus, His Word, and prayer at Saint Mark's (Acts 6:4)."
