(1) Never read a bible verse (Context is king) - before the verse/paragraph, after it? Who wrote it? Original audience? Genre?
(2) Let Scripture interpret Scripture – experience, cultural norms = not the interpretive keys
(3) Fire away at what you learn - “do” the Word of God
